About Me
I’m Samantha Romero-Green, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker and clinical supervisor with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through trauma recovery, anxiety, loss, and major life transitions. My work is guided by the belief that healing begins with awareness and that every person has the capacity to rebuild balance and resilience from within.
In my practice, I combine mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based modalities such as CBT, Brain spotting, and self-compassion practices. Sessions are collaborative and paced to your needs a space where you can slow down, notice what you’re carrying, and move toward lasting change.
I bring warmth, honesty, and curiosity to the therapeutic process. Whether you’re learning to manage anxiety, depression, navigate grief, or reconnect with self-worth, my goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to live more intentionally.
Therapy isn’t about becoming someone new it’s about coming home to yourself.
Let’s begin that journey with presence, curiosity, and compassion.
